One of the Cylclades islands, Paros lies west of Naxos. With a bit of everything you expect in the Greek islands (beaches, crystal clear water, white washed villages, blue domed churches) this is an ideal Greek vacation. It is much less crowded and “touristy“ than Santorini or Mykonos and it is why we chose it as a home base for our island adverture!
It even has monastery known as Logovarda. It is a bit of a step climb up the road to the top but you get a great view of Village of Parilia below.
